Cute
I love it! I have missed peplums and I will be snatching up as many as I can. I think this fits very well and will look great with some mini skirts this summer. The fabric is poplin, this is what poplin feels like, not for everyone. I got my normal 1x and am 5'2" and wear a 40G bra and this fits great bc of smocked back, I was worried bust would be tight.

Clean Lines, Nip In
I love it! It nips me in at the middle. I usually wear skirts and dresses. I plan to wear this with a skirt rather than jeans. It can be tucked or untucked. The material is a mostly-cotton blend. I don’t see anything wrong with it. It feels like exactly what it is. The cotton gives it a crisp feel and the nylon makes it stretch. I don’t know why others dislike it so much.

Almost Perfect
The style is extremely flattering: it emphasizes the bustling, sleeve length covers upper arms, creates a waistline, and is just perfect. However, it’s better in black, for some reason. Maybe it’s the slightly sheer fabric in the white stripe? Not sure, but while the black gets 5 stars, this one merits 4. Almost perfect because of the way it looks over my tummy area. (Someone said it’s too short, but on me, 5’ 2”, it’s the perfect length.)

Cute, not so great fabric
It is a cute top, but the fabric is extremely thin and not very soft. If I were to compare the feel of the fabric, think cheap bed sheet material.

Material is awful and it has the scrunchy 90s tube top material on the back; the top itself is also short length wise - I will be returning this top
