Lots of compliments on these butterflies. The weight of them is the down factor. Have been considering changing the backs and wearing them as a pin set.

Disappointingly LARGE
These are so cute, but they are HUGE! The earring itself is bigger than my whole ear lobe. There is literally no way to wear them, they will not fit.

Nonfunctional Absurdity
I knew these were going to be large, but I bought them with the intention of wearing them as pins,so I wasn't so worried about the size. I should have been. Because no only are they too large to be functional earrings, they're too heavy to even wear pinned to a blouse. These earrings are nonfunctional to the point of absurdity, and I hope that is an honest design mishap, not something more deliberate with jewelry that should be celebrating pride.

While the earrings themselves are very pretty, they are also larger than you might think from the picture, and heavy enough to be uncomfortable for long periods of wear

Too heavy!
These are so pretty, but they are WAY too heavy for he to even bother trying to wear them. I was so excited to get them, but so disappointed when I took them out of the package. I make jewelry and may try to make it into a necklace instead.

They are huge.
I bought these with the rainbow earrings to go with a Reading Rainbow crop top I found. You know because of the lyrics "butterflies in the sky". I assumed they were small. I have 3 holes in earch ear, so I was going to wear them together. However, these are huge. It is not just how big they are that made me give one star, it is also because it is heavy and has little support on the earring to keep it in place or stop the feeling they are weighing you ear down. I am know even sure they would stay in your ear over the day. I am keeping them only because I think they would make a cute pin. I do blame Torrid for not giving a picture that lets us buyer see what we are actually buying instead of having to assume.
