I have an H Cup bust and I am still able to size down to a size 0 when I am normally a size 1 or a 14. I would say size down definitely if you have a smaller bust. The dress is perfect for someone with a large bust.

I felt good in it. It's thin, but not too thin -can't see thru it at all! It's light weight & soft - perfect for summer! PLUS... it has POCKETS!!!
