I will say i am 5'0 204lbs and got a size 1 and it fits perfectly (I am normally a size 0 in tops) I did want it to be more lose for the legging sweater look so I think maybe 2 sizes up if thats the look you want too. Also it is 100% cotton so do not dry or use heat! It will shrink!
