It fits perfectly on my upper arms (which is a struggle for me often), but just barely. If i had gotten a 1 it probably would've been too tight. It is large everywhere else, but not so much so that it looks baggy. The overall length and sleeve length is perfect for my 5'4" frame.

I'm hoping it won't pill and become rough on the inside as typical sweatshirts do. The seams on the inside where the 2 different colors come together are not so prominent that you feel them terribly on your skin.
