Super cute!
For reference I'm typically an 18 or size 2 in Torrid's bottoms and dresses. 5'7" and I primarily carry my weigh in the lower half of my body. Torrid's swimwear tends to run a bit tight on me, ordered this in a 2 as I typically would. These swim bottoms are adorable! I will say they fit really well but they kind of (pardon my French lol) snatch you in a bit. Ruching is really well done, love how high quality the fabric feels. It is a bit snug so if you want a swimsuit that maybe doesn't fit so closely to you, might wanna go up a size. These swim bottoms are not here for you to hide, they're here to snatch you in a bit and look cute. And they do! I'm not someone who's super athletic in the water, I'm a lounging person so I can't say if this would be the best swimsuit if you're really wanting to move around in the water in it. But if you want a cute swimsuit that you can lounge by the pool/beach in I think this is great. Just a note, if you're wondering if this fabric matches the pink cherry dress a lot of us bought from Torrid last year, it's very similar but just be aware this swimsuit fabric is a bit brighter. It's not an overly bright pink but it's definitely not a pastel pink like the dress. Which I don't mind at all but if you care, just letting you know. They're sisters, not twins. But overall, great swimsuit especially the bottoms.
