Unlike most of the retro chic dresses, this is true to size. I bought the black crinoline skirt for a little extra pizazz. I'm nearly 6' tall and this dress hits at the top of my knee without the crinoline skirt addition. The top portion feels like the ultra soft t-shirt material and the bottom lays nicely. This is a definite must have.
