Actually comfortable
I wanted to wait until I wore these a full day before reviewing. Shorter than what I usually wear but I've been trying to get out of my comfort zone, and I'm so glad I picked these to do that with. They go all the way up to the belly button and are STRETCHY without looking like fake denim. They're adorable and can be worn with any top, really.

Love these! The retro high waist is going to be IT this summer. The shorts are definitely a 3 or 3.t inch seam. They fit my legs so nicely though. Thus has a super high waist and very stretchy material. Torrid shorts this season haven't been consistent with sizing so I've been in between buying 12s and 14s in various jean shorts. These I had to get a size 14 which is my typical size so I'd say they are TTS. If they come back in stock, buy them!

Totally AWESOME shorts.
I bought these about a month ago and I absolutely love them. They are a bit shorter than I usually wear, but I don't care. I love the fit as well as the look. I love how high they come up to help hold my tummy in. With no pockets on the back they are very flattering on my back side. Torrid, please, please bring these back. I need another pair. Blue is fine, but black would be awesome. Just PLEASE bring them back. I wear a size 00/10. I think they'd be flattering no matter what size you wear. I feel that these retro shorts are a must have for your summer wardrobe. If you are unsure, just go ahead and get them. If they are out of your size, join me in begging Torrid to bring them back. Thank you ladies.

I bought these and they fit like a glove, seriously the best shorts I've bought. HOWEVER, my dog chewed them up before I even got to wear them out and now they're sold out and I can't find them anywhere. I really really wanted these shorts!!

BRING BACK CORSET JEANS
They are literally the only jeans I will wear. I have such a gigantic hipspring (which is the difference in measurement between waist and hips) that the corset jeans are the only ones I've ever found that fit and we're comfortable. Please!

I ordered these in a size 10 and they fit great. They are a bit shorter than my normal, but the fit was so good everywhere else that I felt comfortable in them. I haven't worn them out yet, but will soon. Very flattering fit.

I absolutely love these shorts!! I wear a 12, got the 12 and they are true to size. They have great stretch WITHOUT a roll, I didn’t have to pull down the legs once. I have a little bit of a stomach and I feel it held it nice without compressing it, and while they are no bombshells my butt looked great! If you want cute vintage shorts for the summer these are a must
