The ribbed fabric gives it shape and structure. Really great multi-purpose piece. Nice enough to wear under a suit jacket, comfortable enough to wear alone in summer. Neckline is perfect for highlighting a necklace.

They shiped my huge 31 items to the store because they refuse to ship to my home even though I am handicap. So the Cement one was missing from ALL 31 items. Customer service was HORRIBLE!! THE GIRLS AT THE STORE NEVER OPENED THE BAGS THEY JUST HANDED THEM TO ME.SO HOW DID THEY KNOW????
