Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it Love this shirt!!! I got WIDE hips and a smaller waist so it flairs out at the bottom for me and is smaller at the waist. When i tried it on i tried both a 3 and 4 and went for the smaller one which was perfect even though im normally a 4.

The ruching detail is actually one of my favorite features of this blouse along with the puff sleeves. Being that I'm a C cup I think the bust fits me just right. But I can see how it might not work for someone who's bustier. Ordered in a size 1 for a more fitted look. The soft hues are perfect for spring.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect for spring! This top is beautiful. I did follow the other reviews and sized up wish I hadn't though. It made the sleeves fall down. Not a deal break as a few easy alterations fixed that. Speaking of sleeves they are a lot more voluminous than the picture but I like it that way. It looked great with high waisted wide leg jeans and sandals for a day at the museum. It will be great with shorts for the summer too.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not for me! Worst shirt ever! Maybe good for someone with a smaller chest. I wear a d cup. It just fit super weird and the arms are insanely large. I mean they give puff sleeves a whole new meaning. Looks nothing like the one pictured here. I put it on and immediately took it off. Its not flattering at all on my body type. I usually wear a 00 or 0, occasionally a 1 if i want a baggy fit.
