It is so flattering and so professional- I went on and bought similar ones to it in grey, blue, peach, and black!

I wear it with a plan black V neck or for a more stylish look, I pair with the Torrid Ruffled Chiffon Blouse in black.

It pairs really nicely with a lot of my wardrobe, and while it adds a pop of color, it's definitely still work appropriate. However, I did have to size up. I usually wear a 2 in most Torrid tops (3 if it's really structured around the bust), and I had to buy this blazer in a 4.
