Even better than expected. They are whispery soft with a delicate, non-binding top edge. The ruffles are super soft and yes, they are probably too much volume to wear under leggings or extremely fitted pants but mainly I bought them for fun around the house wear or for underneath mid-max dresses. They are cute, comfortable, and definitely caught the eye of my husband. :) I plan to get at least one more pair in a different color.

You probably won’t wear them under leggings, the ruffle might show through. Probably fine with jeans or a skirt. Fit true to size. Grab a pair for fun. They are cute and unique.
