Wrong Santa!
Very disappointed with the earrings as they were not the ones I ordered. I took a screenshot after I placed the order and I definitely ordered the black santa. That is not what I received. Even worse, it was a final sale. Not happy that I paid money for an item that I didn't order and I can't get money back.

I had the same problem as others. They sent me the wrong ones. And of course they are final sale. Seeing that this happened so many times makes me hesitant to order from here in the future.

DO BETTER TORRID!!! I tried to order these earrings two times and both times I was sent the other version. If you DONT HAVE these earrings in stock, DONT SELL THEM.

Another wrong shipment
Apparently Torrid can’t ship the right earrings when these are ordered. Not worth returning and doubt I even can because they’re clearance. Thanks for nothing.

Torrid shipped my items to the store for me to pick up and it was incorrect. They sent the wrong item. The earrings that I did receive were cute enough but very heavy. I think they would be very uncomfortable to wear and pull on your earlobes
