I prefer the scrunch flats because they don’t give me blisters at the heels. I did go up a half size and they fit great, a little stiff at first so like most shoes you just need to break them in.

They are very comfortable, although I will admit they took a week or so to break them in, but I love them and am considering buying more. I like the flexible sole on these compared to other flats, I usually get blisters from Torrids other flats.

They say don't go up a size, but every pair of size 9 flats i've purchased have always been extremely tight, and the 9.5 is way to big. I've never had these issues with any of the other shoes. These flats fit good, but rub on my heels a little bit. Pain is beauty right LOL

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not comfortable I ordered for my daughter's rehearsal dinner. I only had them on for a couple of hours but wanted to take them off within 1/2 an hour. I ordered a 10.5 and my size, 11, because they looked stretchy, and the size 11 was tight. The stretchy part is not soft and gave me sores on my heels. They have no support at all. Just not comfortable in any way.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cute, but run small. I bought these shoes in an 11.5. These run small. The back squeezes and by the end of the day the tops of my feet were swollen because they squeeze so tight. I tried to give them a chance, but it was awful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Run Small I brought these and was so excited when I received them because they were so cute. I wore them to work the next day and was so uncomfortable I could've cried. I took them off every chance I got. Too bad I had already popped the tags off and trashed it. It was a waste of money. I guess I'll donate them.
