No, there's not full support on this, but it has enough lift to get by while going out or just staying in around the home doing chores or putting my feet up! PLEASE bring back more of these, I need more than 1!

I use them as bralettes even though they are advertised as crop tops. I usually wear a size 2, but the second one I ordered in a size 1 since they are not tight/constricting at all. The smaller size will give me more of an option for yoga and support than my normal size.

Something must have changes with some of the fabrics because they were all too tight. And then I took one more chance and ordered this. The fabric is soft, supportive and has enough give to be comfortable without feeling restrictive or like a sports bra. I'm ordering another one!

I'm honestly still not 100% sure but it is SO comfortable and supportive. It's a thin, ribbed, stretchy material that offers so much more support than I would have expected. I wear it around the house but could easily toss on some jeans and wear it out.
