I have a couple of pairs of the jeggings too, but these feel so good and look effortlessly stylish. I wish I had more pairs - please make this cut again! It's the perfect midpoint between skinny and the "mom jeans" that are coming back.

They're right at / below your belly button. They are still super comfortable for jeans and make your butt look amazing. The best thing about Torrid jeans is the way they position the pockets, especially these jeans, to compliment your booty! :P Another amazing thing about Torrid jeans is that the zipper is designed to never go down unexpectedly; just push the handle down vertically so it locks. :) Should you get skinnies or jeggings? Alternatively, jeggings are better for if you're shorter, like high-waisted pants, or want comfy jeans to tuck into boots, whereas these jeans are more like American Eagle's much beloved jeans.

Of the two these were tighter, so probably more true to size. I also ordered extra tall, I'm 5'11" and pear shaped. These are the perfect length, if not a little too long, but I'd rather have that then too short! If you're a tall woman you know what I mean... Anyway, I'm loving the color and the fit of these.
