Happy with these shoes
I’d have to say I’m surprised I did read a few bad reviews but I got them anyway and I’m glad I did. I normally wear a size 9, but I went down to 8 and they fit perfect. I think people forget to size down with Torrid shoes. I feel like they’re very sturdy and you can adjust the strap in the back. They’re very soft and comfortable. I can’t wait to wear them with the new Torrid polkadot dress I got! Very happy with my purchase I want the polkadot ones lol

Cute heels
Cute classy heels they are true the size for me. I have very wide feet and they fit my feet perfectly. I'm a true 13 wide so the picture that I have attached is the 13 wide.

Inferior product
The shoe itself is great...fits well once I adjusted the straps to make it tighter. It would be good to have it in leather (not suede) and other colours like nude, dark brown etc. My main issue was that it came damaged...it was torn to the side. TORRID keeps selling inferior products and its not right. This isn't the first time ive received damaged goods.

A+ Design Awful Quality
I am a size 11 W/WW and purchased an 11. I LOVE the design of the shoe. The kitten heel, the mesh, the brown color! Like OMG love at first sight. But the second I put them on, I knew it was over. They are very very wide but partially because they are so unsupportive that the shoe sort of starts to collapse with weight. The mesh stretches, the slingback stretches out awkwardly and worst of all the sole starts to flatten and cause the kitten heel to splay. Honestly I think That’s the main issue, cheap soles! Torrid is a plus size brand and with shoes that can’t hold a plus size woman. I’m a 2x in torrid sizing with a loose fit. No way that your shoes shouldn’t hold me. No wonder everything is chronically “on sale”. I’ve loved this store for years but in the last 2-3 only shopped a handful of times and now I see why I’ve stopped.

Flip flops
Why are they flopping as I walk. Cute shoe but the design is flawed. The side of the shoe beeds more material to prevent the heel from flopping. Will need to return.

Im am so dissapointed, these heels run small. Not only did Torrid remove shoes from their stores, now i have to pay $6 for the returns. It has slowly became so inconvenient that i have decided that i will take my business elsewhere!

Torrid Trash imo
So bad. Just bad bad bad. Poor quality materials used, shipped in such a way to practically guarantee the suede will arrive damaged, and with awful construction. The buckle is joined by elastic for stretch but since the elastic offers no stability, so it is unbelievably frustrating to get them secured. The strap on mine was sewn wobbly and the buckle holes started drifting towards the edge of the strap by the last holes (which would result in the strap rolling and/or breaking under use). And the very worst part of these shoes are the design of the heel...it's a triangle...and a triangle in the most unstable way in that if you walk heel to toe, your heel lands on the apex/point of the triangle as opposed to the more stable base....just taking a few steps made my ankles sore from trying to stabilize myself and I'm no noob to walking in heels. These are just begging for a broken ankle and they ain't cute enough to take that chance for me.
