The white boots are size 8 and fit wonderful. True to size. Chest area is stretchy so can accommodate smaller or larger girls. The fabric is cotton rayon flowy and soft to touch. Get it!

I did size up and went with a 3 instead of my normal 2, and it fits perfectly. I love the smocked bodice, it makes the dress that much more comfortable. I can’t wait for it to warm up so I can add this to my rotation of outfits!
