Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful blouse! I wore this blouse for a family breakfast on a hot day, so I was afraid of being too hot especially because of the turtleneck but I had a great time! I didn't have heat because the fabric is very light and soft. The design is beautiful! I loved it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too short This shirt has the potential to be so cute!!! Why are Torrid tops so short lately? I am not tall and shirts hit at weird spots, including this one. Love the neck, the material, the ruffle and the color but it's not flattering because of where the ruffle hits, it needs to be a couple inches longer. It does run true to size every where else.
