Soo cute
I never wear cropped tops but I wanted this one to wear with a high waisted skirt and it fits perfect. I got my usual size 4 and fits true to size. The sleeve is at a perfect length to cover my upper arms.

The bottom is an issue
I ordered my regular size and the fit is just....bananas. The bottom frill acts kind of like a hairtie and cinches in instead of...anything else. It looks like I'm being cut in half on the middle and I imagine I'd have to size 2 sizes up for it to look remotely normal. The middle rushing bit was also kind of askew like a stitch had been missed, though I wouldn't have minded that had the bottom not been such a...problem.
