It's so hard to find a team logo top that isn't a racer back style and the arm holes aren't so big you can see your bra. The little 'V' cut out is perfect - eliminates the too close collar choking feeling and isn't too low cut. I like my tops longer to hide muffin top/not show stomach or possibly underwear in the back when you raise your arms so it's perfect for me.
