It's roomy and soft, which is very important to her. She normally wears a 2, and the 14-20 size was perfect for her. If you are a Baby Yoda fan, you should definitely get yourself one of these rompers!

I'm not small by any stretch of the imagination, but this was unwearable and just hanging on me. It felt more like it was a 5/6. I returned it and got the 1/2 ... very nervous since that's size 18 but this size fit me perfect. So I'd say these onesies are running a full size and a half larger than it says, at least. Anyway, super cute, extremely comfy, warm and soft.
