Comfy heel shoe

Bad customer service
The shoes are fine but the customer service was Awful!
Bad enough that the store doesn’t open until 11 o’clock but when I got there and went to go and she shook her head no and proceeded to talk on her phone while I stood out in the mall(no AC) until almost 11:20. She opened the door to let me in never greeted me, never apologized, just turned her back and continue to talk on her phone.

Great fit - little suppor
These shoes are great! I love the look with all kinds of spring outfits. The only drawback is the lack of support for the height of the heel. When first wearing them, they feel great. However, after an hour or two, you start to feel a lot of stress on the ball of your foot and your toes.

Comfortable
I bought these to be a bridesmaid and I’m very happy I did. They’re a comfortable height and fit. Don't know how they’ll last for a long where. I noticed that if I put weight on the heel, they let out a little creak, which isn’t ideal. Nevertheless I ordered my usual 10W and they’re a perfect fit.
