Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cute, Narrow I purchased these sandals, and was so excited when they came. I wanted to put them in regular lineup. I am an 11W. All my torrid shoes, have been the same size, 11. These didn’t hurt my feet, nor did they cut into my foot. I do feel like they are literally exact size 11. If your feet are anything other than, narrow & thin… these may not work. I have worn them several times, and they did not hurt my feet. I’ve asked friends, and even sales associates, if they looked a little small. They all said “no”. But i have contemplated, ordering the 11.5, and once i went to order them, the 11.5 was sold out. I do love them, but they are NOT for every outfit .

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I just received these in the mail as I ordered online and they are not like the ones I previously purchased 2 years ago even though it looks exactly the same. These shoes are shorter in length and the straps are not as stable as the others I purchased. I do understand things can change every year but I expected the shoes to be similar in quality. I usually purchase in store to prevent this situation from happening but they closed down the store near me so online was my only option. I purchase from Torrid a lot but if the quality continues to change I will have to find a new store.
