Finally!! Wide width!!
Im so excited! I have purchased over 10 pair of WW trying and hoping to make them work. Unfortunately WW is just to wide BUT other stores shoes arent wide enough. For all those complaining about Torrid offering a different size is crazy, we all love cute shoes. I've shopped Torrid for years and spent $$$$$, so happy I finally get to buy cute shoes too! I'd expect them to offer WW also tho, maybe they just haven't dropped yet?? On the other hand stop making so many of the shirts cropped!! We are big girls and most would like to cover their hanging belly!! You want to diversify and offer clothing to smaller sizes fine, BUT please don't throw away the big girls!

My mom bought these shoes for me and I’m in loveee!! It’s definitely worth it. Been wanting kitten heels like this. I wish there was also another color option like red burgundy color. Fits perfectly🤩

Elegant and Medium Width!
I absolutely LOVE these beautiful pointed toe shoes. THANK YOU Torrid, for making a handful of styles for us medium width girls. I know wide is your niche, but research indicates there is no correlation between being plus sized and having wide feet. I am right between narrow and medium and the only shoes I can ever buy here are an occasional tennis type shoe. For those who are upset this shoe doesn’t come wide, look at the shoe. It is a narrow tapered style that would be difficult to make a wide width in and still carry off the tapered toe look. This shoe is so comfortable. I love that it’s low heeled and the straps don’t slip on my heel. I added some pics - forgive the toe bandage sticking out. I was so excited to try them on that I didn’t “beautify” first. Lol. I hope you will expand your line of medium widths, Torrid, since right now it’s only 10% of your line. And PLEASE make boots for us too. My calf is 12” and your boots start at 18”. I’ve had to have a cobbler make the shafts smaller for me at $40 per pair!

Don’t be confused.
So ladies! I purchased a few pair of shoes in the medium width (M), and in extra wide (WW) to find a true fit. After trying them on, I noticed that the Torrid shoe that is labeled as (M) IS NOT the standard medium like other retailers. It is a REGULAR wide Torrid fit. I have always been a Torrid (W) and not a (WW). All of the medium (M) shoes I purchased fit, and the (WW) did not fit. That is because I have wide feet, not extra wide feet. The (M) is causing us confusion because it clearly doesn’t belong here at Torrid lol, unless Torrid is making changes. Even if there are changes being made, a regular wide shoe should not be labeled as medium (M). I am telling y’all that this is what that is. I cannot fit another retailers 12 medium (M), like I can with Torrid’s medium (M) labeled shoes. When comparing Torrid’s (M) to regular brands (M), Torrid’s shoes are still WIDER than others. With that being said, for this particular shoe, it is labeled as a medium (M), but it is a regular wide shoe, and the size 12 fits me like a regular 12 wide Torrid shoe. What we might want to consider with this shoe is the style of it. Rather it be an extra wide (WW) or not, it would still have a narrow fit because of its style. I would say the strap could be extended more for those who made need room. I really hope this helps.

Medium Width ONLY? Wow.
Torrid, I’m beyond disappointed, frustrated, and honestly, infuriated right now. Over the years, I know you’ve received complaints from plus-sized customers who don’t have wide feet, and I understand you want to keep their business. Fine, you’re offering medium width shoes now, and that’s okay. But for you to only offer the most stylish, trendy shoes in medium width? That is an absolute slap in the face! I’m shocked and disgusted by this decision. Isn’t the core of your brand supposed to be about catering to larger women with wide feet? To only offer certain styles in medium width is completely wrong on every level. Yes, I get it — you don’t want to lose business — but do not forget the demographic you’ve built your brand around. Most plus-size women have wide feet, and this move feels like a betrayal. I am beyond upset. Please, do better. This is unacceptable.

Look beyond the reviews
Loved them. I am a true wide and not WW so these were a perfect fit. Just ordered half size up to account for the point. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to the shoes having obvious signs that they were a used return. That associate in the store (had the delivery in store] gave me a slight discount. I would buy in other colors

Medium = wide
I recently purchased these and agree with another reviewer in that these are typical wide width shoes [not ww=extra wide] I ordered my regular size and these are beautiful and elongating. A tad bit too shiny for me, but otherwise a good fit and comfortable heel length.
