Misleading listing
Torrid please stop with the medium width shoes. It’s the only place I can find shoes wide for my feet and I just ordered these based on the fact you have them as (WW) in the listing of the product, meaning this should be a wide width shoe. Now I’m going to have to wait a week to return them because they won’t fit. Every store offers medium width so let those stores cater to the smaller feet crowd. It’s very off putting you keep doing this and misrepresenting the actual item you are selling. This is a plus size store so please stop trying to cater to smaller feet and make sure you take care of your target demographic.

The title of this product shows wide width, but the product details description shows the shoe is actually medium width. That is very confusing. Please update the title and product details so we know what width we’re getting.

Torrid, what are you doing??? I almost purchased these... then I read the description. You made these shoes in a medium width but not a wide width?? What gives??? I do understand that not all plus size women have wide feet but what about those of us that do??? You're a plus size retailer, at least give those of us with wide feet an option too! Makes me so sad cause I have always loved the style of shoes and clothing you offer, but all this cropped clothing and medium width shoes is getting to be too much. I miss old Torrid, can we go back to that? Big sigh 😞
