Terrible Packaging
Just like the other reviewers my hat came completely smashed. I was able to wear it once. I tossed it after. There was no saving it or fixing the shape. Waste of money.

My hat came completely squashed and damaged. This was packed in a clear plastic bag in a box full of clothes and shoes. I have no idea who packed this - but seriously? Like putting ripe tomatoes in a box of canned fruit and sending it across the country expecting to make a tomato sandwhich when it arrived. This is the second time I have had a damaged hat due to shipping errors. DO NOT ORDER HATS - only buy in the store. Terrible.

So disappointed
Such a cute hat in the photos online, but just like this other customer, my hat is crumpled nearly All The Way into a ball . The Western shape of the hat is gone, no more, destroyed. It was crumpled up in a shipping bag with large heavy clothing pieces. This bums me out I was going to use this hat to enjoy an out of town long awaited getaway. Who packs these? It’s a heatwave & gas prices & I lack energy to drive to a Torrid
: ( Please if someone In Charge reads these reviews- please talk w or send a Memo to the order fulfillment dept - it ruined the product - if I try to go to a store to exchange and there’s a miracle and they even have one of these in the store. This one just goes to the dump. What a waste.
So disappointed I love Torrid ! I don’t love that my hat didn’t arrive in a box protected : ( Thank you for working to resolve this issue ( please)

Horrible!
I cannot give this ZERO stars or else I would!
This hat was sent in a bag of clothing. There wasn’t any protective padding around the hat. Needless to say the hat arrived squashed, misshapen. I’ve tried to “fix” the shape but not possible.
What a waste of money and time. I’m so disappointed!
I want my money back.
