Sizing sucks, but lovely
I am so glad I tried the on in store. I usually wear a 1 in most things torrid. I often wear a 2 in lingerie. I'm 6ft, 240lbs, 40dd. I got this is a 0. It's so weirdly shaped. This is also clingy, as in like static cling. The straps are also odd, they're like rocket science to put on. All of that being said, I love this. The blue is a gorgeous color. The feel is silky and amazing. Even though it fits differently than expected, once I found the right size, I'm in love. I wanted something sexy to sleep in on vacation or wear around the house and this is perfect. I do recommend trying in store if at all possible I will be buying this in black too.

Hesitant at first
I can say reading the reviews I was a little worried about purchasing this item BUT I’m so glad I did. Even taking it out of the packaging and holding it up I was like man I think this is going to be to tight. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I tried it on and it’s not tight at all. I love the way it feels and looks and my husband said i look beautiful. I have zero complaints. For reference I’m 5’5 230lbs and wear a 42DDD bra with an apron belly and bought a size 1.

Soft and stretchy
This was super soft and stretchy, but the darts for the bust area were oddly placed far to the sides. So the whole thing hung strangely. I considered sizing down, but I am apple shaped and I don’t think it would be comfortable if I had it smaller around my waist.

Terrible quality
I was expecting a lot better for torrid, but as soon as I saw in the packaging I could tell it was going to feel like cheap material. It's super thin, but the quality just feels terrible. If your thin and not lumpy it may work for you, but not worth it.

Don't waste your money!!!
This is by far the worst gown I have received! I usually love Torrid gowns, and have a hige collection! This is the most ridiculous fitting garment! The darts are in a strange place , and it looks horrible no matter what. It's not going to matter if you size up or down, or if you have small or large breast. This is going to look horrible on everyone! Also the printed lace is so cheaper looking. I've gotten much better quality from Shein and Temu! I only paid $20, and that was way too much! RETURNED IMMEDIATELY!
