I have this style jacket in other colors or fabrics and had to add this to my collection. Keep your normal size and I think you'd be able to fit a sweatshirt under it comfortably.

I ordered size 1. I wear a L/XL top and a size 14 bottom. It roomy enough for me to place thicker top underneath. I would recommend to order you regular size. I also love that it has a bit of stretch to it. Very comfortable.
