I used to be able to wear tennis shoes to work, and have NEVER had good luck with flats with my wide and flat feet. With a new office job, however, I decided to give these flats a go. They are the MOST comfortable flats I've ever worn! I can be in them all day, most of it on my feet, with minimal tenderness by the end. There is a light cushion that you barely notice (i.e. if you have a low arch like me, sometimes too much cushion can be uncomfortable) but it's a GAME CHANGER for comfort! With the wide width, no toe pinching either! Torrid flats are the only ones I will wear from now on! Do recommend sizing down a half size if you have wide but short feet like me. I usually wear a 9-9 1/2 but am very comfortable in a 8 1/2 here. A 9 was too long.
