The length is perfect, the stretch is perfect, I LOVE these shorts and wish I could buy them in more colors. I sized up but didn't need to, the waist is a little stretchy. I'm going on a cruise and I always swell, so the extra room will be perfect. If you're on the fence, buy them now!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Size Down The shorts are beautiful, but WAY TOO BIG. The legs and crotch area are huge, I am swimming in my normal size. Started with a 16, exchanged for a 14 and they are still huge on me. Would love to try a 12, but they are not available. When I wore an actual size 12, I was 50 lbs lighter. Sizing is way off. Update: Finally got these in a size I'm happy with. Had to go down to a size 10.

However they are a very boxy cut. The legs are a very wide cut. I really wanted to love them, but just didn't feel like the cut was for me. Also at 5ft 8 they were pretty short.

I ordered a 10 and thy were extremely high which I expected cuz high rise but thy were wide like each side puffed out making me look an inch wider on each side - very unflattering. And I used as my torrid cash on it. Such a bummer
