I'm typically a size 3 in t-shirt/ tanks but I honestly could have stuck with my original size. It was a cotton material. Felt like any other t-shirt tank to me. Due to sizing up it was a bit longer than I prefer but I carry most of my weigh in my stomach (sadly) so that wasn't really an issue. Its a cute sublime shirt. Get it
