I normally wear size 18 jeans in most places so I wasn’t sure if I should have gotten these bottoms in a size 1 or 2, since 1’s are 14-16 and 2’s are 18-20. I have other swim bottoms from Torrid that I ordered in 1’s and those fit me great. When I looked at the description for this swim skirt, it does say to size up. I took a chance and ordered it in a size 2 and it fits great! I probably could have also done a size 1, it just would have been a little more snug fitting if I did that. Size 2 fits me perfectly fine, it’s not extremely tight, but also not too loose either! I also discovered you can tighten the sides of it with the belt/buckle features if you want to make it a little looser or tighter fitting around your waist. I tightened it to the tightest loop and it fits like a dream! It’s so cute, so flattering, has that alt/skater girl look to it, and I also bought the matching top in a size 2 (I normally wear a 38DDD) and that fits like a dream, too! Get this suit while it’s on sale!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's okay... This is cute but it's so much shorter and tighter in the waist than other swim skirts I've ordered in the past. I'll make it work, just wish it was an inch or 2 longer.
