I love these tank skater dresses. This is the first color I purchased and after I received it I have purchased every color it has come out in except for the black which I am trying to get my hands on one now. The system keeps cancelling it. I have the pink and white. I love where the pockets are placed and with them being sleeveless it is so effortless to throw a sweater on. I would purchase every one of these types of dresses. Too bad the skull ice cream cone print did not come on this type of dress instead of the challis trapeze style. I would have snatched that up in an instant. For reference I purchased a size 1, 220lbs, 38C, 5'7 and 3/4.

fits great, fabric is very comfy and slips right over your head, no zippers I would recommend , a bit short but will likely wear with leggings, since Im not 30 ish anymore:)

This tank skater dress is amaaaazing. It's sooo right in many ways. Fits and feels so good. The flare, the material, the pockets, the length, the stretch.... its a absolute "mudt have". Please TORRID... make this in some more fun colors like turquoise or teal or mint green.

Best dress ever!
I love this dress! I sized down because I didn’t like showing off all of my cleavage 42H. So instead of my usual size 3 I am wearing a size 2 because it comes up a little higher. I love that it has pockets and also covers my bra straps instead of the string maxis (but those are still cute too! In the winter I wear this with torrid leggings and a cardigan and summer I wear it with bike shorts! Great dress! Very flattering especially to my jumbo tumbo! Pockets!

Good fit for apple shape
The fabric is comfortable and thick enough to drape nicely. There are functional pockets big enough for my iPhone. This dress will be a summer staple for me!

Perfect fit/length
I’m 5’2.5 & feel like this is the perfect length for me which I normally struggle with Torrid dresses because they’re normally awkwardly long/midi. I’m also around 230/240 (unsure of exact number since I don’t own a scale) & love how skater dresses hide my large belly. Material is soft & stretchy & even though I hardly ever put anything in the pockets, it’s like a comfort thing, I always end up putting my hands in there for some reason when I’m sitting down or standing in line lol very grateful for them! Also yes, I did choose this dress for the color purple for the Knott’s Boysenberry Festival lol but because it’s so comfortable/slimming will definitely be wearing all summer.

Was looking specifically for something super casual... I wear a lot of dresses because they flatter my body shape, but everyone always thinks you're dolled up with a skirt, so I really wanted something I could look kinda scrubby in and this was winner. The color and tshirt material are PERFECT.

I originally got this dress in black and white. I loved it so much I ordered another black one so when I saw the purple and light pink I jumped at it. This dress is cute and shorter but still classy. I'm 5'2" and it hits me perfectly. I wear these all for day dresses, I can run around in them and still look femanine. Just buy it you won't regret it. Please make more colors Torrid!!!

So I size down from a 1 to a 0 in these dresses because they have a very thick material but they are so flattering and so comfy and they hit above the knee even at 5'2 which is great, most dresses are longer than I like. But everybody needs 1 of these, you won't regret it, and Torrid needs to make them in more colors!
