Would recommend for bigger chested people to wear their own bra underneath this because the underwire does fall at an awkward spot but with a bit of strap adjusting and a good push-up bra I was fine. It does have snaps in the crotch for all sizes up to 4. But the 5 does not. So just be aware if that’s a concern for you
