I ordered this dress as a reward for my self for loosing 80 pounds.. I was so pleased with the cut and how well it shows my curves as well as camouflaging the bad areas. I highly recommend this dress. You will not be disapointed.

Crisp white dress
Loved it and the price was phenomenal. Good fit, I just hope it doesn’t start to look old and worn the second I wash it. (Like a few torrid pieces I have). But I will enjoy wearing it for the time being!

Nearly a perfect dress!
(I bought this in a size 1. I'm approx 5'7", 38DDD, and 240lbs. Hourglass but with a double belly). I took a gamble with this dress online and am much happier with it than expected! PLEASE TORRID MAKE MORE OF THIS IN OTHER PATTERNS AND COLORS! The best about this dress is that it has pockets (big ones!) and it fits perfect under the arms so none of my armpit fat hangs out. The length is great and the silhouette is flattering. The things I'm iffy over are: if you're a bit busty you'll have some gaping but this is pretty much standard for anything button-down anyway. A little snap clip between the buttons will solve this issue. The pockets also kind of pucker out but it's minor. Lastly, while it is lined in the skirt area it is not lined in the top. The material is thick enough that it's not a huge deal if you wear a lighter or neutral colored bra.

I bought this based off the same size 2 of all the dresses I’ve bought from here and I’m big chested so I didn’t realize how tight the fit was going to be in the chest department. I have to pin it so the buttons don’t fly open, so I recommend ordering at least 1 size up than normal. I would have returned it for a bigger size, but the timing just wasn’t in my favor. I work at a bank and received compliments from my regional manager with how professional the dress looked so I recommend it for sure :)

This dress is so cute and stylish, definitely going to be a staple in my wardrobe. It has pockets that are actually functional! Just a heads up, if you are fuller-busted, I would recommend sizing up. I ordered my regular size (size 2) and it’s quite tight in the chest. I have to wear a sports bra when I wear this to prevent the buttons from gapping.

I just received today by mail..I was so worry because I ordered my usual size a 12, Torrid s clothing are not your average 12. Accordingly to previous reviews, size up. For reference I am a 36DDD , and the dress fit me perfectly, no gapping around the breasts..If you are very large in the waist and breast areas, this dress may not be appropriate for you because it does not have a zipper on the side.Sizing up would make the bottom of the dress too large..I am so glad that I made this purchase..The dress is true to it s size. I love it.

Perfect, but needs ironing
I adore this dress.... absolutely gorgeous on and perfect with my oatmeal super soft cardigan. I do have to iron it after every wash so keep that in mind if you loathe extra laundry chores.
