Pretty and fits fine
I’m 5’9, waist 52” hips 64”. Got the 4X and it fits well, I wear it at my waist and don’t have to tie the strings. I probably wouldn’t size down because it might be too snug for my liking. I do find it is kind of long, it works fine for my height but still gets stuck in the wheels of my walker (the price I pay to look cute lol), if you’re shorter it might be a little long. It only really stretches at the waistband but it’s quite a roomy flowy skirt so I didn’t need to worry about the stretchiness in the skirt besides at the waist. The skirts seem kind of stringy at the hem and inside where it’s sewn together, hasn’t become a problem yet but something to keep in mind

Red Floral Charm
I bought the red floral and it is perfect!! I love the flowy light feeling of it - I bought a Torrid denim vest awhile ago and plan to wear this skirt with the vest and a white tee underneath. What a great outfit. Sizing is perfect and I am 5'8" and it still goes down above my ankles and that is perfect. I have not washed it yet but will wash and hang dry I feel.

Great staple!
Pros: Doesn’t wrinkle when I hang it to dry, huge pockets, sits really well on me (doesn’t bunch above my large butt like some skirts), drawstring is great for fluctuating weight/comfort.
Cons: it’s the longest I could deal with and I’m 5’7” and got a size 1. So might be an issue for shorter folks.

We need more black!
Torrid please get more black! Love this skirt! The fabric is so silky and soft, it’s really a big selling point! It also is not the kind of rayon or viscose that feels cheap and flimsy, it feels a like it’s a little thicker and more durable than most. Not sure why people are saying the fabric feels cheap. That is the farthest thing from the truth. These skirts are a bit long tho. They are probably made for those that pull them up high. That’s not me, but I’m 5’9” and the length is fine. The waist band is nice and thick, which makes these so awesome! It’s thick and holds a lot of belly in! So far I have every color but, the red. I made a mistake and returned the black and now I really regret it. Please make more, Torrid!
