I bought this for a work holiday party and it's a little plain by itself, but with a fancy belt it really helps it shine. The best part is it is so comfortable and has pockets!

Cute dress
This dress is so cute! Never thought i would order a “mini” length from Torrid. I am 5’7” and it hits me at my knees which is enough coverage for me, I do wish it were a bit longer but it will be ok. I even got the red, which is daring for me! It is a fitted dress around the waist, I ordered my usual dress size 2 and there isn’t much room to spare. It does kind of accentuate my back fat, but maybe a different bra or shaper might help me there. It really is a cute dress. I bought the cherry chain belt to try out with it, but I feel like it didn’t work for me. I’m older so I try to be more modest and I love the long sleeves and the keyhole neckline.

Super Cute!
Pretty, but I have to wear it backwards. Where the closure meets at the bottom there's extra fabric and it looks like I have a black stain in the middle of my chest. It's between the fabrics, so there's not much to be done about it.
It also does snag, so I can't wear it just anywhere.

Lovely Dress
I'm not tall (5'5"),my friend is just very petite. Lol
Dress was perfect for feeling a little "fancy" for the holidays. It was actually too dressy for my work event, which is business casual. I wore it with fleece lined tights so I didn't worry about it being a little short when sitting down. Will be great for Valentine's Day as well.

Red bold dress
I love this red dress that is perfect for not only the holidays but the entire year! It’s cute and sexy! It is not very warm so keep that in mind for the winter!

Nice BUT....
It's pretty and seems like decent material if u r gentle with it. If u have an apron belly I would size up 1 to avoid the layers accentuating it!

Snags too easily
Three stars because it snags very easily.
I wore it once and came home with several snags.
It fits well and looks good but the fabric doesn't hold up to regular wear.

Gorgeous but...
This is a beautiful dress. It's comfortable and the color is awesome. However, it snagged in so many places. By the time I got to the event, the sleeve was ripped. Beware that the snags are evident with the red color.

This was a weird cut. I love a bright red dress but it was tight around the belly ans showed y underwear line. I returned and bought 1 size up and it still didn't work.

Not my style
This dress is really pretty and I got it for Christmas but there is an elastic trim/stitch right above the ruffles at the bottom that isn’t really noticeable in the photo. Once I tried it on though (got a size 3 which is my usual size at torrid), that elastic landed right where my hanging stomach is which looked awful! I carry most of my weight in my stomach (I have that awkward stomach that hangs under the belly button) so it was disappointing when I realized it wasn’t a flowy dress.
I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt like I needed to warn the girlies with my similar body type to avoid at all costs! If you are more curvy and don’t have large stomach, it could work.
I gave it two stars because the rest of the dress fit perfectly! So sad that I’ll have to return.
