Most excellent dress.
I bought this about two months ago. Now that the natural outdoor air conditioning has arrived, I am pleased to report how wonderful this dress is. I bought 3X, which fits well.
I am tall, with long legs (inseam: 36") so I need to
wear bike shorts, but that's a small price to pay.

So comfortable and fits perfectly! I have the same dress with long sleeves and my only complaint is how hot the long sleeves feel. So this dress is perfect!

It's A Keeper
This dress is a keeper!! It's made of a substantial, cozy, waffle weave knit, not too thick, but not paper thin, either. It's definitely -not- see through. The design of the dress is -just right- with a flattering V-neck, sleeve, and the lovely tiered skirt. Very flattering on my 5'5', pear shaped frame. It's also just the right length, right at the top of the knee for me. I washed on gentle cycle and hung to dry, and it came out beautifully, no wrinkles/no shrinkage. It will be a perfect dress to travel with, for Disney or a cruise. I picked it up on sale, in the grey, at great price. If the other colors were still available, I would buy another. Perfect example of the Torrid cut and quality, from a few years ago, that has been recently lacking.

This dress is super soft, comfortable, is a good just above the knee length, and it has pockets. It does seem to run a size bigger than the long-sleeve version from last winter, and the fabric is a little softer. Would love this in more jewel tones, like a true 90s dark green, brick red, dark teal, or cobalt blue. This can be dressed up or worn casually.

Beauty AND pockets!
This dress is the BEST. The fabric feels soft and slinky, the dress is constructed beautifully, it fits perfectly and the huge pockets will invisibly fit a whole Kindle plus my phone. The fabric does not want to wrinkle.
