Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great skirt! I bought this skirt last month. I prefer loose fit so I sized up from a sz 3. It was too big in the waist and the shorts sag. I really like the fabric. It’s heavy enough to wear in the winter. It hits below the knee, since I’m 5’3”. It feels like it may have done some shrinking in the wash so it might work out after all.
