I'm usually a size 1 or 2 in Torrid tops (harpers) but I got this in a 3 and it's just a little loose - I carry a lot of weight in my belly, I didn't want it to be skin tight there. This shirt has so many applications for me beyond workouts. Dog walks, work (environmental scientist here), weekend errands, and so much more. I plan to wear it on my next long-haul flight, I think it'll be perfect for travel. No wrinkles, wicks sweat, and will still look put together with the collar and 1/4 zip feature. The only thing that could make this better for me is a UPF rating

I’m usually a Torrid size 2 but I did pick a size up, as suggested by other comments, and it worked out for me because I have a heavy chest. I’ll definitely be purchasing more!

I layer it under a puffer vest for early morning walks and it is the perfect thickness to keep me warm but not overheated when my heart gets pumping!! It is also a super flattering cut and I could wear it with jeans as just a nice active top. Might need to get it in another colour ;)

If you want a loose fit, probably size up one or two sizes depending how loose you like your shirts. Otherwise it’ll cling to your body. I personally love the look of it like that though! I just bought my third one and will probably buy another black 🤪
