No sore spots on my feet. I sized down half size to 9.5 and have them buckled at the 2nd to tightest hole. No rubbing, no pinching, no flopping around. They are perfect. My regular size 10 would have been too long and too loose. My only complaint is that I can no longer buckle my own shoes due to disability and have to get help from kids which is frustrating. Please look into more accessible fastening options Torrid. The shoes that zip up the inside or in back were stellar.
