For reference, I'm 5'4 and 260lbs, between sizes 0-1 and bought the size 0, bras size 42D; it fits great.

I ended up returning it because the back is so low, my entire back would be exposed and I would be uncomfortable wearing it to the office. If it had a normal back I would have bought multiples. So sad.
