Rated 5 out of 5 by from All around good dress I love the dress. My body feels comfortable in it as I put it on and watch it settle. My body size is different from 4 years ago and I thought to go to Torrid and I am glad I did. The material is nice and even though it is a tank top style dress, it feels modest and not too revealing around my breast’s which are larger now from breastfeeding and weight gain. I love the shell pattern that I chose and received as a delivery to my apartment. It is comfortable for summer and soft and an easy to wear material and garment design. The shell pattern might make you feel more closed off but I do love shells so that was not the case for me personally. I would buy this in another colourway. I weigh near 185 pounds in the 180 range and I am 5’4”. My bra size is changing but around a 34G or 36G.

With Torrid dresses I most often fid myself sizing down to a 1 and these were no exception. Length was perfect. I look best in above the knee dresses and sometimes I've ended up with one too long because I didn't notice he model was 5' 10" or 5' 11" and I'm only 5"6'. Only other comment, the dress with the shell patter on it is a really baffling color. I can't wrap my head around it. It's not black, it's not brown...it's almost like a gray-ish brown? Bizarre color but it was on sale, it fits great, it's fine, I'll deal with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flattering, No Clinging What I like best about the dress is that it is flattering without clinging to the body very closely. The darts under the bust create a nice shape. The dress also hides an apron belly. The shoulder traps adjust with button. The material is lightweight for summer, thin, but not see through. You can size down for a more fitted look as it is generously sized. I am normally a 1 and bought a 0. My measurements are 45, 35, 47 and I am 5'8 in height.

It flares a little bit in just the right area and gives the illusion that I have a waist. The fabric is a little thin and it’s not lined and no pockets but it’s still a winner for me. Great for hot summer weather in Texas. White sandals and a nice little white straw clutch with my favorite dark gray sunglasses and I’m ready for lunch or date night!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for busty ladies This might be my favorite Torrid dress ever. The white straps make it easy to conceal a bra and have just the right amount of length for m. The elastic back is wonderful for those of us that are blessed in the chest area. The dress is fitted without being too formfitting and just flows really nicely while nipping in just enough at the waist. I ordered my usual size and have received so many compliments on it already. I am ordering another in a different print! I wish they had more prints in the style.
