It's soft and plush yet not too heavy, so you don't get hot. Torrid sells items on trend and offers clothing for plus sized, curvy women that doesn't make them look old like most plus-sized clothing stores do. The items fit perfectly, so you don't have to buy bigger sizes to fit your curves. Items are shipped in individual packaging so they stay neat and folded, and shipping is fast.

I could not find anything that I liked. I settled for a black somewhat dressy cardigan.... THEN, I happened to browse on Torrid's website and found the perfect thing! This Velvet Cropped Jacket was IT. I ordered it even though there was only days til the Christmas party!!! I was praying it would make it to me in time... IT DID!!!!!!!! I got it pulled it out the wrapper and the feel of it was perfect. Nice soft velvet. I slid it on and it hit right at my waist. Perfect! the sleeves fell right at the top of my hand allowing for my bling rings to still show! PERFECT! this Velvet Cropped Jacket was more than I hoped for, it was just enough to keep me warm in the building and to walk from the building to a taxi. It wasn't heavy or bulky so it worked PERFECT with my dress.. MORE THAN PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE.. KUDOS TORRID!
