Soft and Lovable
I’m not usually one for crop tops, but I love velvet and the material is so soft. I had to get it. I can’t stop feeling the material and every time I wear this top, I feel fabulous. The sleeves are a little short and the top does ride up a little bit but I just chose to wear a tank top underneath it. I’ve made it work for myself but I just thought I should mention that information for other customers.

I bought a size 00 cause the size 0 was sold out, so it was definitely bigger on me than my usual clothes (especially the arms). But it is still a top that I will be wearing. I really wanted a velvet top to wear, hence why I bought it.

First crop top!
I found this on clearance at a local store. I don't normally do crop tops. Something about the shine of the velvet caught my eye. I'm normally a size 2 in things that are fitted, but the nature of the fabric and design makes a 1 fit perfectly. It doesn't ride up or fit uncomfortably like I would expect for a crop top.

Exactly what it should be
This shirt is exactly as pictured. It fit perfectly, is super comfortable since its so stretchy, and is well made. I'm really blown away by it! The "cropped" made it hit at my natural waist, so actually the perfect spot for me. I really wouldn't even call it cropped its just not super long. I love it.

If you're short you will love this top! I'm sorry, but Torrid makes plenty of long shirts for the tall ladies. Rarely are there crop tops that fit the shorter women. So, yes Torrid, please keep making crop tops!

The reviews had me worried about this one, but it turned out to fit perfect for me. I can wear with no breasts prosthesis (post cancer mastectomy), and it still looks nice. While it is labeled as a crop, I found it fit just right with jeans as I have shorter waist, and don't mind a bit of gap when I lift my arms.

I like the concept of this. It's just the execution that made me knock off a star. I love me some velvet. Red is a beautiful color in velvet. And I like the idea of a crop with a skater skirt. I am only 5'3 and it is short on me. Even for a crop. If you are more than a DDD, it will be more like a bandeau.
I like the idea of shorter shirts. Just don't go quite this drastic. I also like how the neckline is squared but it is almost falling off my broad shoulders.
Great top. Needs some tweaks.

Super Cute but Not For Me
I ordered the red in this, and was absolutely heartbroken that it didn't work out. It was a bit too short, and fell at a weird place on my torso, which hugged my curves in a not so flattering way. If the fit had been just slightly different I would have kept it in a heartbeat, because I loved the fabric and style and the color was beautiful.
