I decided I needed a pair of pants for winter and these are the most comfortable pants I have worn in ages. I actually LIKE these pants. Please restock and get some without the cargo pocket.

I am 5'2" and the short length fits great for me. They run a little baggy in the bum and legs. With the draw string waist, you can size down depending on how you like to wear your pants.

If they have your size, stock up, they won't last long. They do shrink a little in the dryer but I've had 3 pair for over a year and they still look brand new, even wearing them to sleep in occasionally! I do recommend torrid to get some more colors as well as an option with no carpenter pockets!
