Pet owners rejoice!!
These pants are awesome. To people with pets who battle dog or cat hair in their clothing, you need these pants. I bought the black ones figuring I was going to be covered in dog hair within minutes of putting them on. These do not attract dog hair!! And if it does get on your pants you can literally brush it right off with your
hand with one swipe. These are life changing for me. This is the first black piece of clothing I’ve been able to wear in years!! As others have said these do run big. And long. I am 5’7 and 200 pounds. I bought the regular inseam and I have to roll these once at the waist or they drag on the floor. I should have bought the short inseam. And I have never had to buy a short inseam on anything from torrid. I also have to use the tie to keep them up. I’m a size 00. But pet owners, get these!! I can wear black pants again!! I’m buying the purple ones as soon as I finish this review. They are soft and comfortable. And they look great on.

I usually wear a 2 regular inseam but for these I went with 1 short and they are perfect. As long as you don’t mind sizing down in pants size and inseam ( unless you’re VERY tall) these are magical in both colors.

Love these
I went in to try something else and left with these!! They are so comfy and they’re breathable! They’re stretchy and flowy and are the perfect length. I’m 5’10” and normally a size 20/22 so I tried on a size 3 and a size 2 and ended up going with the size 2 because it fit a little better. These pants are roomy!!!

Cool but not comfortable
Lovely soft fabric in a great colour. Love the fluid style, but even in a Short fit, the pants seem a little long. I think the problem may be that the waistband is not well made --just seems like a loose piece of elastic that's going to twist and curl in a very short time. The weight of the fabric alone calls for a more structured or solidly sewn in waistband just to hold the waistband in place. I have worn them only once so far, but found the wimpy waistband kept creeping up which became a comfort issue that annoyed me. Due to the weird waistband, these pants are a little disappointing but I still like them and will wear them well.

Waist band bends
These pants are absolutely beautiful, the color is gorgeous and they are so soft. However, the waistband bends inside the material because it is made of cheap quality. I’ve had this happened in several low quality pants previously, and it absolutely ruins the pant as a whole. Torrid, use better materials if you’re planning on charging these high prices, please. I would not recommend this product because of the waistband.

Inside pants not soft
The inside of this velvet feels terrible like spandex not like velvet. The outside feels wonderful. As a person who loves velvet, and hates spandex it's a tough life to find pieces where the inside feels like the outside. They exist, this just isn't one of them.
