Was looking for a simple black maxi skirt that would go with any style/any season and this fits the bill perfectly! Actually if anything, it was better then what I could of imagined - it fits perfectly around the waist with a wide soft band, decent weight and overall the feel is amazing. I might just buy another one and hem it to a tea length so I could show off some cute sandals (I'm 5'2, bought a size 2). Would love to see Torrid make more colors or patterns with this fabric and cut ... and pockets!!!

I was worried this might be a little shorter than I wanted, but it hits well below the knee on me (6', 310lb). Love that it is jersey knit, flows well and does not cling. Love the wider waistband - it doesn't roll, fold-over, or shift around. Would purchase in other colors if offered!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from a short girl's maxi dream I'm 5 foot 5 inches and this fits like the perfect maxi skirt. Just grazes my ankles. It's a real dream considering I love maxi length but I'm always carrying my skirts because they drag on the ground. Can't wait to wear this out on the town!

This cotton knit skirt has a little more structure than a similar rayon knit skirt I bought last year. Love them both but I'd feel more comfortable wearing this one for a casual office outfit due to the structure. It's still a very comfy knit skirt.

My only gripe is that the skirt only comes in black - I'd love to buy it in a variety of colors to wear for work and for more casual settings. I'm 5'8'' and the hem hits lower on my legs than I expected, but I didn't check the length before buying, and I did turn out to be happy with the length.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it Perfect lightweight black skirt for summer. I got my usual size 4 and it fit like a dream. I carry most of my weight in my lower stomach &hips with a narrower waist. So if you carry your weight in your upper stomach you might want to size up. It was exactly what I was looking for. Pair it with a crop top and some chub rub shorts & you are good to go! Not sure why the other review said it was bad quality. I think it is good quality & not see through.

I carry most of my weight in my belly but this skirt is very flattering. It's not see through. It's light but I think you could still wear it into early Autumn. Wrinkled easily but that's the nature of the fabric.
