Rated 4 out of 5 by from The COLOR!! Drooling over this sunflower yellow skirt for ages before I finally bought it. Also bought the smocked-waist black super-soft skirt. Had it shipped to store for try on and easy return (also, ladies... did you know you get a deal when you ship to store, and get a coupon that can be used *that trip* in store when you pick-up? Just sayin'... makin' good deals better!) I bought a 3, because I generally buy a 3 in bottoms unless I am worried about a tight fit and trying to avoid a muffin-top look. My 3 was TTS, and because of the ultra-stretchy smocking, I bet a 2 would also fit almost as well. There are pockets, too! I ended up returning it... because the woven linen-look material wrinkles like crazy, and the bright color makes the wrinkles obvious and unsightly. If you are good at hanging up your clothes, ironing/steaming, or tumbling-drying before wearing, its a GORGEOUS and comfortable skirt. For me, I know I'd *want* to wear it more than I *would* wear it, because of the caretaking it needs.
